We can ship throughout the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship beyond those regions.
When you place an order, our system automatically estimates shipping rates for you based on your items and the shipping options you choose. We currently ship with FedEx Ground through our online ordering system. If you would like to have your order shipped via another method, please phone in your order at 1-844-843-9963 or email it to email@example.com
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of FedEx Ground, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram/pound.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. No returns will be accepted, and no refunds issued, without prior notification and instruction from us.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll also refund the original shipping costs. The shipping fees you pay to return the product to us may or may not be covered by us, determined by the situation details.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Much of this timing is out of our hands, and we will do our best to speed the process along as best we can.
